miRagen Therapeutics is a privately-held company that has raised $12 million in capital from several top-tier venture firms, a foundation and a number of highly successful individuals.

The first closing of the Series A round ($4.5 million, completed 2Q 2008) included lead investors Atlas Venture and Boulder Ventures.

The second closing of the Series A round ($7.5 million, completed 2Q 2009) included all of the original Series A investors who were joined by Amgen Ventures, Broadview Ventures and The Peierls Foundation.
